A good communicator is important, trust and honesty is a must. I am financially stable, and hope you are as well. Having a dog or at least liking dogs is a big plus in my book. Something casual to get to know each other. A walk in a local park; maybe a morning hike with our dogs where we can talk and enjoy some beautiful scenery, followed by lunch on an outdoor patio.
