About Me

I’m the Chef and Managing partner of our company. We started in ***and have 10 great restaurants. I do not live that lifestyle or schedule any longer if the Chef thing made you stop reading! Two grown kids, three awesome grandkids. Started young! I enjoy golf, fishing, snow skiing, biking around the lakes, hiking (CO is the best) anywhere. Love the sun, beach, traveling, great hotels, etc…. Obviously I love to cook. I would rather cook at times than go out these days. However, I love dining at great restaurants. From hot dogs to foie gras! My life is pretty simple and have a lot more free time now. I really want a partner for the fun to come. Travel will be a must! Darn! I do not want to (can’t) have any more children. Those grandkids are awesome and are dear to me. I’m very healthy and energetic for my 57 years. Very active in all corners of life.
