It can also be being part of an organization that helps others. Humor is big on my list, both in what I enjoy and what I look for in companions and/or a relationship. Following closely is kindness. To me, kindness doesn't mean I am or am looking for someone who passively goes along with everything. You can disagree with someone, or point out something that's a potential problem, and do it without having to hurt someone unnecessarily.
