I haven't updated this in a bit but here goes! I am in the NOC, otherwise known as the Network Operations Center. I really enjoy my job and the people I work with now.; my major was Christianity and minor was Philosophy.Okay.. It is the inside , the personality that counts! I know too many women dont get that at all and only care about looks. Also, i am different than other guys. I am sure to prove you wrong. :P All guys ARE NOT the same! The only way you will find that out is by getting to know me and talking to me! I don't want that "one thing" that many say "all men" want. I am not looking for hook ups or one nighters. I am DIFFERENT. :) I have tried to be all my life. With that said, please take the time to read the rest of my profile and message me!If you like my profile and what you see/read or want to meet me, then shoot me a message!I love getting to know new people. I'm a very curious person, and I always ask questions, sometimes even if I already know the answers. I am very logical and analytical; that is both good at times and also bad. I like to laugh and make people laugh. I've been called odd at times but I'm okay with that. :) I also enjoy making people happy with themselves and am a good listener. I can give advice, doesn't mean you have to take it. I enjoy my life to an extent but feel like I need to do more and experience more as well as make new friends. I've had to deal with a great amount of pain and suffering in my life because of the loss of people very special and close to me. Dealing with hurt isn't fun, it isn't easy, but it can be done. For music, I like listening to rock, country, pretty much anything, but most of the time I'm prone to the pounding and deep bass beats of Progressive trance, techno, house, melodic trance, that type of genre, mainly because I have a friend who introduced me to it and now is a DJ himself. I also like contemplating life and enjoy smoking a tobacco pipe on occasion or a cigar if I have the money for one(as of late, I have since not smoked very often at all). I'm pretty blunt and honest most of the time but sometimes it could take me long to get to the point in a conversation. I like being understood and like to understand others and clarify their statements. I like to think that I am a pretty good judge of a person's character; however, I do not judge and am not judgmental upon others. I am very open minded and accepting of people and their situations. I used to be really shy and may come across as that at first meeting, but it won't take long for me to open up. I'm hoping to be continuing my education and doing graduate studies soon, and this sort of scares me. It is the time of my life that I will have to start living life on my own and providing solely for myself. I consider myself to be quite good at cooking and have gotten many compliments on my abilities; I can cook a meal as well as bake wonderful desserts. I enjoy fishing in the Mountains when I can, surfing the internet, watching random movies, talking with friends, going on random adventures to new places, hiking and camping, and many more. I love music and can play the keyboard, drums, and any percussion ***, particularly the djembe (probably because I have one and love it!). I have been in a few praise bands at churches over the years. In terms of movies my favorites are psychological thrillers and horror movies, however if that isn't your thing we don't have to watch them. I am a pretty open person. Here is another interesting tidbit about me: I have a twin brother! :D If you have any questions feel free to talk to me and send a message! I'll do my best to respond, and don't be shy in asking any type of question. Further, if you like what you read on my profile, or want to know more, then send me a message! Don't just view my profile, say hi! Okay?I am a committed Christian very firm in my belief. It is good to both be caring loving and know how to have fun as well as when to be serious! I am born and raised in the south as well and do love good southern cookin! I believe every relationship should start out as friends and if things are going good, then you can progress from there. I also understand and thank God everyday, for without Him I wouldn't be where I am in my life! I am a gentleman. I am loving, caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable. I love to have a good time. I know when to be serious and when not to be. I can be very funny and make others laugh. I enjoy music and simple things in life. My goal is to be a professor of Christian ethics one day at a professional college level, God willing. Sorry for the lengthiness and possible repetitiveness of this profile, and thanks for the read! This is some of what I like to listen to! *** I would say that a first date for me would be simply anything the two of us would agree on to do, say maybe a walk in the park or at a coffee shop. I'm fine with something simple just to talk and get to know the other person. A movie is fine but I don't think it is the best option to get to know someone.
