I am a very passionate woman. The following is written as I sit half ready for a date that cancelled on me. I understand that things sometime happen out of our control, but when you cancel a first date to run to the aid (supposedly) of an extended family that you claim you don't even care about, that throws up a red flag for me. I know there are women out there who date for dinners or drinks or whatever...I am not one!!! Also while I am at it, if you are traveling two hours and get a hotel where I live, do not think in the least that I will be spending the night or sleeping with you. If I like you, you may get a kiss on the first date, but I don't make promises even for that.Having got that out of the way...if you are still reading. Thanks for choosing to read my profile!Now that that's out of the way...Why is it should it be so hard for two people made for each other to have such a long journey to find each other? As you read this, it may be you that I was destined to meet for our "Happily Ever After!" Here is how I envision it to go. There will first be a physical attraction, then we talk, hear each others voice and find out if we have a rapport. I have found that miscommunication can be avoided if *** eliminated after the first few...plus, if you think you may want to get to know me, don't you want to talk to me? After a few conversations on the phone, we discover our common interests and views on God, family, goals and dreams...and our attitude in general. I am a very upbeat, positive, and happy person...a giver. I want the same in a potential mate. Next, you ask me out.We find out if a physical chemistry is there. We will know and it must be mutual. There may be concessions to make for each other. No one is perfect, but I believe there is someone who is perfect for everyone. I am not exactly where I want to be in life yet, but I press everyday toward my mark!Life is very demanding. I understand that, but if you do not plan to make time for a relationship, please don't waste my time.Anything you want to know...just ask. I enjoy a wide variety of activities, food, and music.
