I like to be busy and spend most my time outdoors. My most recent passion is dancing - primarily west coast swing and country two step with a little Cha Cha thrown in. I enjoy the creativity and challenge of learning something new and dancing has brought a new appreciation of music to my world. I listen to diverse music and always look to identify what steps would be most logical. Country, rock and blues are my primary music preferences with some contemporary thrown in.Exercise and health are at the top of my list of important things and would look for a partner that has similar priorities. Most days I ride my bike or run to stay in shape although not to far or fast and I do yoga to keep my mind clear. During the Winter I like to ski and during the summer camping is always high on the list. I am fairly well traveled but have many more places I would like to explore. I love to cook and love a man who can cook. Vegans drive me crazy as I strongly believe that meat/protein are key to all meals. Family has always been a core basis of my strength and I continue to be very close with my family. My son is 12 and is the love of my life. I love being a mom and being very involved in his life. On an intimate level, several things are very important to me: Laughter, responsibility, honesty, communication, intimacy and strength. I work hard and play hard and want a true partner in life that is happy inside. Hopefully doing the simple things in life and having fun together is really what you seek.I have a full plate between my job and being a mom since I have my son most of the time. So you will need to be patient with me as I may not be super fast in getting back to you. In the end, I make time for people who are important to me but the upfront process of getting to know people requires an investment of time and time is where I am most challenged.
