I'm a single mother of two teenage sons. My oldest is a young adult and the other isn't far behind. I previously was a stay-at-home wife to a career soldier whom had retired and soon thereafter the marriage dissolved. I have one child that lives with me, she is disabled so takes up alot of my time (its hard bein a single parent) I enjoy going to the movies, dinner, or just hanging out chatting over some cold ones. Summer time i really enjoy sitting around the fire with friends (with some cold ones lol). My taste in music varies really by my mood i guess, i like just about anything, really lean towards 70's 80's classic rock. I enjoy comedies and horror films. Not really into sports although i do like baseball only because i know how to play the game lol. Not too goal oriented just like takin life as it comes. I thought I'd try meetville again. I'd like to find someone to hang out with & have fun & see what happens. I've got a big network of friends, but they don't like to go out for just 'fun'. Like playing video games, shooting pool, fishing, looking at the stars, watching the clouds & figuring out what shapes they are making, going thru the toy aisle & pressing all of the interactive toys / noise makers... lol, etc.This might be a big shocker, but I'm not an average, petite, stick looking woman. Yes, I'm out of shape for now.....but that's it for now....I'm in the process of getting back in gear & back in shape. I'm independent & probably a little too independent, so anyone that I meet will have to be okay with that because it is what it is. I pull a lot of stuff, energies, spiritualness from different things & if it feels right, then I trust my Intuition. And that goes in reverse, if something doesn't feel right, I trust my intuition & change direction. My friends are more than I can hold in 1 hand.....I really love the chance that I've had to find all the friends from all the different backgrounds that I have in my life. It's awesome to have so many different types of individuals & learn from them every day.I am an Air Force brat, so I'm somewhat shy meeting new people. Moving around all the time is not very helpful with the social life, ya know? Wanna leave some stuff to talk about later, so the 'ball is in your court'...... I'm ready to see what happens returning to meetville.
