I am a very honest and genuine person,what you see is what you get with me.I have been an athlete my whole life so health and fitness is a big part of who I am and what I do.My profession is massage therapy but I also teach several cardio and interval class at a local gym.I am also going back to school in hopes of getting into a medical program at a local college.I think what makes me unique is that I am very passionate and driven about life and the things i believe in. I am also a 3 time cancer survivor,so that in itself makes me not only unique but extremely lucky!Not sure if i would call this a hobby but i love to go to wineries and wine tasting,just such a great way to wind down after a long day!I love music in general,except for country...just doesn't do it for me and i find it a bit depressing.I would say i am more into alternative rock and hip-hop,has a great beat and is great for motivating ppl in the classes that i teach.As a result of the bone cancer i had in '04 i am now an above the knee amputee on my left leg,it is what i am not who i am and it doesn't define me as a person.If this is something you are not comfortable with than i am not for you!! I think first impression are so important,either you make one or you don't!A first date can be as simple as meeting for coffee or a drink,just enough time to see if you are interested enough in one another that you would want a second one!

Thought I would give this online dating thing a try. I'm not good at sugar coating about what it is about me that you will like if given the chance, so I'm going to cut to the chase and just tell you the basics. You can be the judge...I'm looking for someone to spend time with and not have all sorts of crazy drama. I'm pretty down to earth and fun-loving. I work a full time job during the day and have a side home-based business as well. I enjoy both so I work my social life around them both, when I'm not spending time with my daughter. I'm not much for outdoor things but am open to new possibilities. Life is too short and I've spent far too much of it missing out.I'm not looking for a one night stand or a phone sex partner. Don't contact me for either because that is a prize earned; not given. I think a first date is more about finding that comfort zone with someone. Dating is already stressful so something where it's fun and relaxed is a good start.
