Seeing as none of my friends will take the hint and set me up with someone, it might be time to try something proactive. Until I decide what that is, rewriting this will have to do. I like a nice pub, and come to think of it, I could do with a pub quiz in my life. Anything I've missed? It might be a bit 'usual' but going for a couple of relaxed drinks where there's a chance to chat and get a first impression of each other seems like the best shout.
