Hey fishies!So where should I start...After 22 years of being a couch potato, I seem to have caught the fitness bug and have changed quite a lot since then and I now regularly go to the gym. I've recently got into climbing which is all fun and games until you look down and get that 'this was a bad idea' feeling! I'm quite proud it's been a whole three months before a spinning kick has gone horribly wrong and I've ended up on my a*** on the floor wondering what on earth just happened!I've never really thought of myself to be into travelling, but it's one of those things that just seems to happen!
