A low maintenance, quirky, girl, I've been described as a cross between a tom-boy and a diva (sans drama). Love all kinds of dancing, I really just enjoy the emotional expression to music.I have traditional values, honesty, loyalty, and respect; and remain open-minded and without bias towards others views and beliefs :)My self-critical nature, suggests that I have problems with run-on, overly complicated sentences! Re-editing my thoughts is something that I have become accustom to, they seem to flow too much sometimes ;-) . . . Generally, I graze for healthy food when I eat, but greatly admire and respect someone who is comfortable in the kitchen, where I really want to help. Transparency . . . is a characteristic that I try to live by . . . and I seek transparency both in some of the fabrics I choose to wear and in terms of relationship communication and self-reflection. It seems that if transparency erodes, trust may follow. I will never be a know it all, as there is way SO much more to learn. Materialism turns me off . . . doesn't impress me, nor does mainstream, pop-culture. In-the-moment, hear and now, truth are more of a turn-on for me. I appreciate those who would rather struggle in weird obscurity, than compromise their own personal or artistic dreams. I moved to AZ a little over 3 years ago and am loving my new adventure! There are so many fun things to do here.I enjoy going on day trips to explore the state. I really love Out of Africa Wildlife Park. I like movies, most types, with the exception of horror, blood filled ones. I like most music, country and rap not so much, concerts and catching local musicians at the many outdoor events. I've enjoyed the Renaissance Fair, great place to people watch. I read voraciously, anything from detective novels to self help. Libraries and book stores are a favorite hang out. I love to cook for friends and family. Plays, museums and the arts of all types. I even enjoy car races:) I love to go and "do" as well as enjoy quiet time at home.I have a dry sense of humor and can also be silly. I have been known to bust out a song that a particular situation makes me think of and no I can't sing, which is part of the fun of it. I am able to laugh at what life throws at us as well as laugh at myself. I think it's important to savor the moments. I can also be serious, intellectual conversations are great. I am looking for a man with strength and kindness. Someone who would accept me for all of my positive attributes as well as my faults and imperfections . Accepting me for who I am not for what he might want me to be as well as me accepting the same in you:)But then I suppose that is what any of us is looking for. Someplace where we'd be able to talk and get to know each other.
