About Me

Hi, I am a mom, a teacher, and I love school (even for me). I love being a mom, but my son goes to college, and is super busy. He is awesome and we are very close, if you don't like that too bad. I am an extremely busy person and I like it that way. I don't have a ton of time right now, but I think things will slow down soon for me when school slows down, and I get into the groove. Summer, Spring Break, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas is always fun! I can't wait! That is the great part of being a teacher! We work extraordinarily hard during the school year, but we do have that wonderful vacation. I am a very independent and happy person!Oh yes, and my eye color is brown, but I wear blue, or green contacts. Way easier to find if you drop one. I love to travel and usually plan a nice vacation every summer. I also love to dance. I enjoy it so much, I often kind of dance while I am driving. I don't do this when there are people in my car (unless it is my bestie, or my son who I like to make uncomfortable, but I have kind of a long commute and it helps pass the time in traffic. I love to dress up and go out, but I am just as happy to stay home and watch movies. I hope to meet someone who is kind, generous, trustworthy, intelligent and loving. Someone who loves to get out on the dance floor, and loves to travel. Someone who enjoys life and is ready to live it. You must have a sense of humor and be able to be a little goofy sometimes. Politically, I am conservative, so I hope you are too. I can't stand people who yell at other people, or people who are not trustworthy. Sure, I do understand every once in a while yelling at the person who cut you off on purpose, but I can't stand frequent yelling. I have to use the H word here. I hate people who are not trustworthy. That is people who lie, cheat, steal...I am very sorry, but I am not attracted to bald men. I am sorry. There are plenty of beautiful women that love bald men, just not for me. : ***of my best friends only likes bald men. I hope to meet someone fun, and please not too old.     I like movies, action, adventure, sci-fi, not into horror - they give me nightmares. lol I don't have any tatoos - although if you do that's ok. I could never decide which one I liked above all others and where it should go. So I'm still thinking...I like traveling. I was in the Air Force as a young adult from ***thru ***, 4 years and 8 months.- I would like to say that I can travel at a moments notice but I can't - due to my job I have to plan ahead. I have gone to flat track races, superbike races, nascar and nhra. I took a flat track class Dec 09 and had a blast! I like riding my motorcycle, I would not consider myself a 'biker'. My parents rode motorcycles and I've grown up with them. I really drove a replica indy car - it was a rush and I loved it, I wish I could have gone faster. I'm not a perfect body type, I've lived life, had kids (two).I work on my home, yard work and whatever I think I can handle. I'm not afraid of work and don't mind getting dirty as long as I can take a long hot shower! I like architecture and history - and how things work. I am curious about a lot of things and hope I never feel like I know it all! - I love seeing my grandkids looks of wonder on their faces when something catches their eye. I still believe in romance and love. I just got back on line after a couple of years. will post a new pic soon. hair is a lot longer, not much else different, same eye color. my first date would be over coffee/tea, talking about what we like to do. Maybe movies we've seen or books we've read, or things we want to do. Watching for a spark, and taking it from there...
