As cliche' as this may sound, I truly am looking for my best friend. I believe that everybody ultimately wants to find true love, and who better to share your life with than your true love & best friend!; and at the end of the day, I want someone that we both feel 100% freedom to be ourselves with each other, to feed off each other for inspiration and motivation and encouragement, in good times and bad. Someone who genuinely desires to spend time together building a future, realizing mutual dreams and going after them. I am a very loyal, trusting and honest person, and am hoping to find that special someone with like-heart and dreams. I know this may all sound very "fairytale-ish"... but I know it can be possible... :)I have 3 grown children and a 14 year old son whom we adopted from Sierra Leone, West Africa 10 years ago. He touches the lives of everyone he meets. I also have 7 Grandsugars, who might I add, think their Mimi is the BEST!! Family is very important to me, and because I do have a 14 year old son, if children are not in your plans then we would not be a good match.I am very much a people person! I am a very positive person and really believe in the power of your words! And above all, I LOVE to laugh!!I would have to say that my favorite kind of music is Country because of the real-life values it holds. I also enjoy some good old classic rock, among others! I enjoy going out dancing, but am not into the whole "club scene" at all, nor by any means am I a bar hopper! As a matter of fact I most enjoy a nice quiet tavern or brew pub when I do go out. Spending those quiet times at home with the right person are the BEST!I SO love Backyard BBQs, Time spent with friends & family, simple nights spent at home with that special someone. Oh, and did I mention that I love to laugh? I love cruising and would like to make Australia or Tahiti my next cruise destination! I enjoy going out to listen to live music.One of my favorite quotes is: "You've got to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you've got & remember what you had. Always forgive but never forget. Learn from mistakes but never regret." I enjoy movies, dinner and just hanging out enjoying some laughs and good conversation.
