I will keep it short and sweet so here it is. I am an elementary teacher who absolutely loves her job. I am so lucky to have a job I truly love. Three phrases to describe me would be: driven, independent, and down to earth. I am a person who is completely comfortable in her own skin. I am the girl you see singing in her car or dancing in the store as she shops. I never thought I would be a person to try online dating, but I guess there is a first for everything! In my profession men are pretty scarce ha. That perfect match just hasn't come across my path yet I guess. But I am a big believer that everything happens for a reason so I guess we will see what happens.Basically I am looking for someone who I can connect with on both a personality and an attraction level. I'm a simple girl who hates drama, loves to make others smile, has a passion for teaching and loves to be her own silly self.Want to know more you know what to do:)

I'm still probably happiest when I'm doing one of those things. During the summer, I'll be running a campaign to ban fracking in CA. After that, I don't have set plans, and I like that.S. I'm thinking of possibly living in Argentina next.... There is no better way to learn and grow than by leaving your comfort zone. I made this profile because I like trying new things and being spontaneous--not because I have a lot of expectations or assumptions about what will come of it. I'm curious :) Nothing specific, but I suppose a good first time of hanging out would be something relaxed and fun without pressure or expectations. Maybe a hike up a mountain in the early afternoon with pesto/tomato/avocado sandwiches and a view of the sunset on a Saturday? Not that I've really thought about it :PSeriously, though, its all about going with the flow and the willingness to be spontaneous and take life in stride. Does it have to be a "date" or can we just do something fun and see if we get along? I'm not huge on labels or social norms and conventions.
