I am a single dad to 2 boys. They are 11 and 6. They are pretty cool to be around and we have a great time together!I have a great job downtown working with some of the best co-workers I've ever been around. I've been with my company for almost 17 years and in my current area for over 12 years. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy football, baseball, volleyball, tennis and golf. Lucky for me, my boys are really getting into sports too...creates some interesting conversations and activites around the house! Everything becomes a game or feat of athletic prowess. I am also a big movie fan. Even though I mainly like action movies and sci-fi, I can pretty much enjoy any movie. Believe it or not, but The Princess Bride is actually my all time favorite! I am also big into reading. I enjoy reading biographies, military/US/European history, spy novels and sports books. A first date really depends upon the individual you will be out with. In order for each of us to feel comfortable and relaxed, it is essential that we find something in common to do. Dinner is great as long as it is someplace where we can hear each other talk. The movie thing is not too good for a first date. A first date should be about getting to know each other. Maybe meeting for a drink or visiting the Art Center or Historical Building where we can walk and talk.
