I've been playing a lot of volleyball this summer, I like being outside and staying active, not sure what I'm gonna do this winter... tennis maybe? I have been on a few dates here and there. I would rather just meet as friends maybe for a quick cup of coffee or something. No one really likes a long drawn out date when you know within the first 10 minutes whether or not you wanna spent the next ten minutes with them. It would be nice to just avoid all those awkward moments that a fist date has to offer. I don't think you can have too many friends so if all this site does is introduce me to new friends, I'd be happy with that. I don't drink and I haven't for about 8 years, although I do enjoy going out and socializing but at the same time I get tired of the bar scene. Most of my friends say I'm too nice, but I treat people exactly how I want to be treated, I need to find someone who believes in that too. Who I'm looking for:Someone who is honest, trustworthy, respectable towards herself and others and would also expect the same from me.Someone who likes to laugh...a lot!, and won't create too much drama for themselves or people around them.Music:I like a lot of music, what i like most about a band or musician is their actual talent or ability to write or preform a good song. A very good female friend described me as kind, patient, understanding and empathetic. I think I am fairly intelligent, honest, organized, and pragmatic. I am probably one of the most easy going people you will meet. I try to think of everything from all sides, which sometimes make decisions a bit hard... but that's where you come in.When I come home from work I tend to try to keep it light so fun and laughter. As far as what I like to do, anything food and drink. I like cooking, which is a creative and scientific outlet for me. I don't go to the gym but do keep myself in shape so I expect the same from you, which includes knowing how to eat right and occasionally straying from that! So yes, I own a juicer but also enjoy pizza, beer and football. I am not a sports nut but I like being outside with good friends so I hope we can take some nice weekend hikes. I actually spend a lot of my time following the financial markets. I am more of a TV person than a movie person. Definitely a dog lover. When it comes to music I am into Dylan, Bjork, Biggie, The Beach Boys, The Stones, Motown... not so much into the recent stuff but there is some -I am looking for a real person. Sorry but shopping isn't a hobby, "getting money" isn't a career, anda most everyone likes to travel so that doesn't tell me anything. An educated, athletic, collected, considerate, funny woman is what I seek. Tall is good. A foodie, too; it would be a ***if you are able to handle spicy food, like oysters, and are generally not too finicky an eater. I have concerns about keeping up with a daredevil/thrill seeker or club-goer at this point, I'm just not into that; I like a great dining experience or a dive bar+sports+darts with good friends.
