I'm that good guy you've been telling your friends you've been looking for :)Laid-back, creative, witty, adventurous and passionate, those are a few words that describe me, but there are many more adjectives for you to discover. I am convinced there are wonders and beauty everywhere, you just have to know where and how to look. I am completly addicted to music...I have a vast array of tastes and listen to a lot of bands most people haven't heard of (so bonus points if you have :) )I've always been a writer, since scribbling my first story when I was 5, but I've also done professional photography, journalism, public relations and business. I have two children. They're everything to me and a constant reminder of how amazing the world can be. We forget too often as adults. Being a father is the best thing I've ever done in my life. I believe in being spontaneous and experiencing life as well as learning something new everyday. So, I'm looking...I keep an open mind to new experiences and people. I value honesty, loyalty and integrity in people the most. But I'm looking for a girl who can make me laugh, can hold a conversation, someone with a good sense of humor, hopefully laid-back, who likes to go out and have adventures, but also loves to cuddle up at home and watch a DVD. And bonus points if you can impress me with a mixCD (which making a mix is an artform of it's own :) )Ask me anything, I'm an open book... A first date should be an opportunity to get to know someone. Talking over coffee or dinner or going to a park or hiking if the weather's nice. I am spontaneous and I love surprises. I've always wanted to have a scavenger hunt on a first date. I'd plan out a few things for an afternoon and we'd drive around finding things, working together and learning about each other. Discovery...that's what a first date should be.

I'm looking for someone REAL. (Fakes not apply, please inquire inside!) You can't get to know someone through just a paragraph of words. You need time to build. Alot of conversation & spending time with someone to really get to see & hear what they're about (& then remember words are only words anyone can say anything to make themself look better) I'm looking for someone who's honest & real. I'll take brutal honesty over white lies any day. Be real or be out! If I was to use a Plenty of Fish analogy I'd say "You have to throw the line out there because it's very rare that a fish will just jump on shore or in a boat, if you don't put out the bait you might go home without a catch" You never know you just might find the perfect one for you but you have to Sink or swim don't just be content to float there. Just because I view your profile doesn't mean I'm a creeper or want you & just because I view your profile but don't message you doesn't mean I'm not interested! So you know when you just meet someone of the opposite sex & you want to get to know them better & you do the the whole q & a thing (questions & answers for those who don't know your initial lingual) well I think people should cut to the chase & *** telling the person good things about yourself trying to impress & make yourself look better why not tell them something bad about yourself tell them something that you think that might scare them away & if that person sticks around & wants to get to know you well then that person is worthy of getting to know as well & might be a keeper! Doesn't have to be a cliche 1st day like a movie or dinner we could do whatever be spontaneous
