About Me

I find this very awkward... I was a Certified Executive Chef, with an MBA, classically trained as a saucier in the French and Italian kitchen. I taught at the college level for ***years. I ran hotels in NYC, Dallas, Denver, Tucson, Oklahoma City, and Corpus Christi... I owned 3 restaurants and lost my a$$... the past ***years I have been doing rehab construction on rental properties in Port Arthur and on my own schedule. I'm dealing with ***year-old parents in North Carolina and spent the past 3 months providing healthcare for them...Mom was thrilled I stocked the freezer up while I was there with ready-to-eat gourmet food, months of home-cooked meals... Our LORD brought a German Shepard mutt into my life about 2 years ago...she keeps me on a regular schedule... I'm thinking about living on my sailboat in Rockport...she's been in drydock since Harvey and I'm planning to move back to her in a few weeks. I figure a few weeks of love and I can haul her, or sail her wherever the wind blows... got a new 6month old grandbaby in Arlington... Just looking to meet someone that doesn't need to go to the Golden Nugget every weekend.... Maybe enjoy a home-cooked meal, a glass of wine, and a good cup of coffee
