Hello there! Well it all started at age 4. I was a little animal! My parents got me a little muppet drum set and I tore up the cheap skins pretty quick. Luckily my brother in law was a natural Macgyver and glued them back together.! Actually they just didn't play. Then I sold them and bought another, and another, and so on. Through the years I picked up many other *** built a studio to record songs. Recently after 5 years, I found a decent band and I am really excited to be performing again soon :) Long story short, music and snowboarding is what I am most passionate about. So when you see the muppets and watch animal , that is me! Well not really. I am pretty mellow and pretty modest. I believe in the "actions speak louder than words". I grew up in a big loving family and am very fortunate to say that my parents are still together after 55 years. Not something a whole lot of people can say these days. I feel like I have pretty good values and a good sense of what it takes for a healthy relationship. I am looking for that person that grew up in a healthy background and understands the importance of a good relationship. Someone who is not afraid to communicate, honest, loving, and affectionate. I always like the bookstore/coffee date. It's nice to walk around and look at books and learning a little bit about each other. Keeping it simple. If things go well then a second date could be more adventurous like snowboarding, kayaking, hiking, or a bike ride.

**First off, I'd like to note that I am currently "married" but separated. I'm in the middle of a divorce. Divorce papers have been filed, I'm just waiting on the process to work itself out. She does not live here. I'm not some married creep looking for something on the side. I'm not looking for a rebound either. This has seemed to be a problem for some, so I figured I'd start off by throwing it out there.**I'm not that guy that's here looking to get laid by every girl I talk to....just the easy ones. JUST KIDDING! Seriously though, for the record I won't even respond to messages from trashy/slutty girls. I have standards and class and am looking for some class in a lady as well. I want to make a real connection with somebody. Somebody I enjoy being around, couldn't get enough of and who is always on my mind. I realize it takes time to build up to that. I'm not the type to get all clingy after the first date...no worries. I have a great sense of humor, so the ability to laugh and handle a little sarcasm is a plus...scratch that, it's a must. Must have personality and like to have fun. I'm not a partier or anything. I rarely drink...but will on nights out. In moderation of course. Never had a DUI. Don't have a criminal record. All of my friends from my partying days to now would always have described me as the responsible one. I'm dependable and honest and looking for the same in a partner. Honesty is HUGE. Who wants a dishonest person? Why are there so many? A little more about me, I can be a bit shy. I'm not the guy to approach every girl...maybe even any girl while I'm out. You wouldn't know it on a date though. I guess that's the good thing about online dating....you can kind of get to know someone and break the ice to get past the shyness before you ever meet. I know how to treat a lady and what it takes to make a relationship work and how to keep a girl happy. I'm a single father of an 8 year-old boy who I love to death and am very proud of. I don't mind dating people with kids of their own, and have found those relationships actually work out a little better, as both people have the understanding what it's like to be a parent. Also open to dating someone without children if you can handle my situation. I'm not looking for a replacement mom for him or anything, my mom, his grandmother, spoils the heck out of him and pretty much fills that void. I do have a real job and own my own business on the side. Please don't take my "profession" as me being arrogant or unemployed....just goofing off. :)That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of stuff though and will update frequently as it comes to me. In the meantime, if you liked what you've read and would like to know more please don't hesitate to write. I know you ladies get a ton of *** here, so I tend to send very few myself. If I've viewed your page but not written that doesn't necessarily mean I wouldn't love to hear from you, so I hope to hear from you.Take care and good luck in your search. As cliché as it probably sounds, I think the perfect date would be a dinner and a drink (or drinks if the date goes good and neither of us is ready to run for the door lol). It just provides the best chance to sit face to face and carry on a good "get to know you better" conversation.

Hobbies, Anything that involves fixing, remodeling, Tinkering in the garage. I also like to do alot of camping and everything that goes along with it, campfires, fishing, hiking, or whatever it would be. I am up for just about anything, I feel I am a pretty easy going guy, down to earth, no nonsense kinda person, but that would be for you to decide! Teaching them is what it is all about! As far as music goes I love my country, and rock, but listen to just about everything. Would like to find someone that that is a positive attitude towards whatever it is they do in life. Somebody that has goals and maybe their life figured out just a little too, would be nice. Looking but not desperate to jump into a relationship! Out to eat, maybe a few drinks, see where it goes from there, ( first dates always make me a little nervous)!
