The reason is that i once heard some one say... that if one person would have acknowledged them in any way, a wave, a smile or even a poliet hello. That person said they prob wouldnt have gone and self harmed that day. So a good deed of the day might just have made someone feel sooo much better in them selfs that normally you wouldnt even know about! Think about this!!!!!! Always keep things spontanious!!!
