I am a seeker of experiences, of relationships, of conversations, of friendships, of knowledge, of love, of fun, of joy and art and perfect moments. Confident, intelligent, creative, inquisitive, a critical thinker. I love my work and work hard. I love my friends and family and I cherish them.I read, cycle, ski, hike, and am learning to eat well, I think and think and think....I get paid to think and then ACT. I just put that in to impress. I have done bigger things than that. Way bigger. Like being a great dad...my best and most important job. I am tall. I smile easily. I am a calm person with a determined nature.I tend to read in bursts. I like all sorts of fiction and non-fiction.I tend to watch no tv, until I need a night off and will watch a whole season of madmen or something like that in one sitting.I like a wide range of movies, just less fluff, less horror, but love a good period drama, a good sci-fi film, love things that make you think. I also go back and watch classics.Love all sorts of music. Lately have been listening to lots of Sam Cooke, I like to dig into an artist, a genre and get the feel of it. It can be from any era, any type. You should message me for any reason. I like communication. It need not be about dating. I like communicating ideas. I like friendships. coffee and kisses

Man. 43 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: woman. In age: 40-50
People have told me that I am polite, funny, and hard working... Also that I am quiet, slightly sarcastic, and that I laugh at strange things. My taste in music varies. Looking at the 'Recently Played' list on my iPod;+ the Machine, Depeche Mode, Great Big Sea. It seems that I have aged recently as earplugs at a concert are now mandatory. TV? One show.... 'Walking Dead'. Season 3 was added on Netflix recently - I binge-watched the lot and now I'm done til next year.I like to cycle, love to walk. I try to run 5 km before work most of the mornings that I am without my children. It is rather fulfilling to create and I like to work with my hands *** sitting at a desk doing administrative tasks. I usually would not go out of my way to see a sporting event, except for one of my daughters' soccer games. My oldest enjoys going so I will occasionally get us Sens or 67's tickets (I suspect its more about the roasted almonds than the hockey). When the CFL is back in town, we'll try that too. I will watch playoffs on TV, at a friend's house or the pub.I have two wonderful daughters. They are with me other week as part of a separation agreement. Their mother and I communicate as necessary regarding their health, welfare and activities. They are perfect for the urban commute and can very easily handle a weekend (or longer) getaway. Now I don't spend hours in the garage, whispering 'sweet nothings' into their gears or anything like that but I do appreciate the quality, utility and uniqueness... and they have a nice shape. Not sure what I mean? Watch this Starbucks commercial; *** would be a great way to spend a day?-old stone building, or photographing the old couple holding hands as they walk down the main street... and ice cream.. in a waffle cone. Please feel free to send a message if you would like to know more. Better yet, tell me a bit about yourself (and please don't forget your photo). A chat over a cup of tea or coffee seems like the most common option for an initial meeting. Other stuff is good too. I'd love to hear your suggestion.
