Looking for: woman. In age: 38-48
I like finding anything odd, bizzare, or just off the beaten track that Philly has to offer.I can stroll for hours in the museums or catch a rock show at TLA. I managed to get to 46 concerts last year!Art After 5 is a new found past time of mine. Being able to walk the art museum with a drink is fun, but I'm constantly fighting the urge to spill it on something. ;)I have 1 son who is almost 8 years old.I believe in moderation but only moderately.I think people shouldn't laugh and joke around so much. Life is serious business people!!!Circus Peanuts Candy, I'm convinced people only eat it on a dare. A Fear Factor kinda thing."My father says that almost the whole world is asleep. Everybody you know. Everybody you see. Everybody you talk to. He says that only a few people are awake, and they live in a state of constant, total amazement." Please don't be a sleeper. To the woman who has a headline "Happy Endings" and your profile is very sincere about finding a good man, please ask your friends what your headline means. And ask them to approve any future edits. :)I am sexist, I will open doors for you and place your comfort above mine.I am looking for an outgoing, charming, witty, attractive, positive woman. Someone that enjoys going out on dates and experiencing everything the city has to offer. Someone who is happy and smiling!

Man. 41 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.
Looking for: woman. In age: 38-48
***Update -My hours are much more regular these days, so if anyone wants to grab a few no pressure drinks after work, hit me up. Oh, and I'm 40, not 41. Thanks meetville. LOL!!!***As my coffee cup and I sit here and contemplate just how to rewrite this profile for the umpteenth time, in order to attract the right kind of woman, I am plagued by the thought that social networking may be working against any healthy social connections. It's not so much the proverbial hard and fast rules of dating, it's the general sense of self-respect and self-worth I have that allow me to be content not to settle. So, here's the pitch: Immediately people notice my eyes and smile, but my humor comes out quickly and conversation with me is really easy. I'm very honest and loyal. You can hear my laugh from across the room. I enjoy hiking, performing comedy (yes, I am a comedy writer and comedian,) winter and summer sports, long drives along the coast, holding hands while walking to our dinner reservation, running and working out and I'd like to enjoy doing it all with a woman who enjoys doing the same; a woman who enjoy being with me and only me. I want a partner with whom I can enjoy all activities together whatever they may be. I'd have to say that developing a relationship with a great foundation built on friendship, trust, honesty; monogamy and respect really are the most important things to me. Attraction is great and needed, but without the bind of friendship that creates the respect and mutual admiration, a loving relationship isn't likely. Intimate relationships cannot substitute for a life plan. But to have any meaning or viability at all, a life plan must include intimate relationships. I've done some cool things in life, some adrenaline, some crazy, and some spiritual. Performing stand-up comedy, wheelin' and dealin' in the car imdustry (that can be a rush...plus, I am a car nut) and working with celebs and other comics (when I tour), working as a flight nurse on a medical helicopter and traveling to many far reaches just to breathe the air there. Currently, I've moved back home to assume an Automotive Sales/Leasing position. Yet, I still squeeze in an occasional Flight Nurse shift. Hey, I look goooooood, in my flight suit ladies. LOL!I'm as real a man as they come.; So, I'm hoping a sensitive, successful, thirty something guy like myself can find that woman who is perfect for him...not perfect, but perfect for me; faithful, honest, passionate, loves to cuddle, and is willing to cope with my little quirks - not much, just those little things about me that make me...well, me. I'm very passionate and love the "chemistry" that comes only with that special person. I love my family; as you can see from the photos with my niece. I'm a big cuddler - it's hard for me to sleep, unless I'm being held or holding that special someone. Those are just a few of the things that make James, James. I HAVE NO EXPECTATIONS FROM OUR DATE. As with all adults, we've all had dates that range from horrible to AMAZING!. I'm a CHEMISTRY junkie. I know I have a match on here somewhere. From the minute we meet and feel that spark, to our end of evening kiss. Ya’ know, it's not so much the kiss as it is the milliseconds prior to the kiss ***we are so close that you feel the heat from my breath; our mouths water; eyes closed...dreaming of how this will feel; we slowly make our way closer and our brains pick up the pheromones...the CHEMISTRY begins; finally a soft, perfectly fitting kiss. One we've, quite hopefully, been waiting for hours to get to. Ha, ha I love that stuff. I'm a total romantic and love being in love. It just doesn't happen for me that often. If you feel like taking a chance, ***'m a real man and a professional who looks for the "personal" in the Personals, so stop wasting time and contact me.
