Here it is a nutshell. I may not be the most attractive man on this site nor have an overloaded wallet, but i can say this with all honesty i am one of the last good men left. So many of you are trying to reach the unattainable on here. Face it we wouldnt be on a dating site is our past relationships and choices were all that great. Most of us are a little worn out a little ragged around the edges and certainly old enough to know that true love doesnt come in that pretty little package we all expect it to. To many on this site are basing their choices on looks and money. We all have past relationships that either went well or not at all but at this point in lives we are missing something real that we didnt have in our pasts. Who missses that magical feeling of falling in love for the first time or the first kiss? So many of you look at the picture and stop there. How do u know that you just didnt pass up the best thing in your life. Pictures dont show our hidden qualities or show who we are as a person. Take me i love to make people laugh and smile to make the fell good about themselves with compliments and politeness, when i love i love deeply and honestly im a student of life and the things that matter most in a relationship. Did you know that by my picture? Of course you didnt and you woulnt know that about me until you took the time to get to know me. We all are beautiful in different ways not just a face or the perfect body but more like a smile or a laugh. If your on this site youve been hurt in the past and your present is lonely. Yes, I still smoke, cutting back but if you don't smoke, you will not smell it on me, this I promise. To be honest, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, I'm starting to think that I'm not looking for anything at all. I enjoy being single on most days although I do hear my buddies at work talk about their marriages and/or relationships and sometimes miss having that. I've met alot of really cool women on this site, some very cool women actually, but in the end, it just wasn't meant to be. You should atleast have a couple of these things. Yes, I'm a transplant and a Patriots fan, lol. I love it up here in the mountains, I haven't experienced this type of serenity ever, in my life, so this is my home now. The only thing missing is youuuuuu.....Wait, too run of the mill cheesy? lol. Who cares, it is what it is. I'm not clingy or possessive, I'm looking for somebody similar. I consider myself a gentleman. I'm looking for friendship first. I don't have children, it's cool if you do, kids, who doesn't like doing kid things, like going to an amusement park or a fair. Tell me you can't hang out at an amusement park and not have fun with a straight face, go ahead and try, you can't, lol. I'm not looking for a mommy, I can take care of myself, so no worries there. Spontaneous is good, be open to different things, as I will open myself up to different things with you if we start talking. In short, I'm just a simple man, who has settled himself up here in the mountains, serenity.
