Man. 44 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.
Looking for: woman. In age: 41-51
I would like to describe myself within the context of what women indicate they are, or are not, looking for, according to the profiles I have perused:For the MinimalistI have a car. I have a job. I don’t live in my mother’s basement. I will not send you inappropriate pictures. (Sadly, I have seen this list of requirements far too often!)For the More Discerning VisitorI’ve been a teacher for the past 17 years and I love what I do. I own my own home in a nice little country town. The last time I had a run-in with the law was circa ***, and for the record, I fought that ticket and won. [;^) I'm looking for a long-term relationship, and will be quite happy the day I get to delete this account!Essentially I’m just a good guy! I value my integrity, and always try to do the right thing in any given situation. Yup, I’m that guy who gives back the money when the poor kid at McDonalds gives me far too much. I’m also that guy who will pull over and change a tire if I see a woman broken down, even if I’m wearing dress clothes.I’m searching for that great girl. Someone intelligent and witty, who can keep me on my toes in an intellectual sense. Someone who appreciates cooking a great meal together, and knows it’s not about the food so much as spending quality time with each other. Someone who can appreciate the simple things in life, like sitting beside the ocean doing nothing more than watching the waves crash.I’m not looking to date forever. In fact, I would love nothing more than to find someone to enjoy that last first date with! If you’re still reading, thank you for your time!

Looking for: woman. In age: 40-50
I'm not your average college student. I'm sarcastic and humorous and love to have a great time. I won't ask you on a date in the first 5 minutes, I want to get to know you and see the potential. I know its a bit old fashioned but I like it.Love tech, games, scary movies, zombies and good food. NiN, deftones, and chevelle are some of my favorites. I love grammar police, the smarter the better.Well executed sarcasm will earn you bonus points which can be spent at the company store.OK, maybe I'm a bit of a smart-ass, but I'm really caring and considerate. I am busy much of the time with school and work, but it's worth it!! ;) Dinner and pool or a walk.

I'm looking for a friendship that could become a relationship...not a relationship that could become a friendship. If you're anything like me, there's so much more to you than whatever you put in your profile. It can give someone a basic idea of who you are and whether or not you have similar interests and values. However, chemistry can only be determined by actually meeting someone. If any of this describes the person you’d like to meet or describes yourself, feel free to contact me.For those interested in contacting me first, please at least be height and weight proportionate. You don't have to have a perfect body (I'm far from it) or workout all the time (although it would be nice to find someone to share that activity with too), but if you're overweight I simply won't be interested. I'm sure that offends some, but we all have certain types we are and are not attracted to....and physical attraction is half the equation.About me: From one of my best friends when I asked her: “Caring, sensitive, goofy, kind-hearted, and a great trivia buddy”Believes honesty and communication are the keys to any relationship (even friendship)Family orientedActive – I love to run and to be outdoors Normal/SaneLoyalAffectionateRespectfulGenuineExtremely easy-going (not to be confused with lazy)IntelligentFunnyHumbleDoesn’t play games (the relationship/emotional kind)Drama free (Relatively)Emotionally availableGivingBelieves chivalry is not dead, just forgotten by manyA little more (substance)....I've been divorced since early ***and I have a ***year old daughter that means the world to me. I'm VERY family oriented and love to get out and do things with her whenever possible. I also have a dog (a border collie). She loves going for walks or heading to the park to play frisbee. I used to be in the veterinary field before deciding to change careers and go back to college several years ago. So, for those of you who care, I am an animal lover. Although I've listed my interests above, it's by no means a complete list. I seriously enjoy doing just about anything. Although my complete and utter lack of bowling skills can make me a little grumpy - LOL. I'm perfectly happy spending a day at a theme park, going for a bike ride, going kayaking, or just sitting and watching the grass grow with someone. I'm very easy to please. As long as I don't feel like I've completely wasted the day, I'm happy. It takes a lot to get me worked up and I consider myself very even-tempered. I'm pretty good in a crisis - LOL. My motto is "Everything works out eventually." Like I said, this is just the tip of the iceberg....About you:Well, to be honest, I hope to find someone that matches me on the traits I listed above. Notice those are traits and not interests. While I believe similar interests are important and lay the foundation for a successful relationship, I think the more important thing is for us to have similar values and traits. Once common interests are found, it’s the values that make it last. I think the first meeting depends on how we communicate before actually meeting and our interests. For most people I would think drinks and/or a bite to eat where we can sit and talk would be perfect. But for others, something a little more adventurous might be better - like Busch Gardens or something.
