I have many interests some of which include: reading; walking; cooking for myself and others (I run a small, casual catering business); I write books, poetry and short stories, listen to all kinds of music, enjoy live theatre and I love outdoor activities as well as the indoor ones. I have a very positive attitude and tend to see the best in every situation or person. I used to love gardening and preserving home-grown veggies and fruit.
