Looking for: man. In age: 43-53
I love to travel, weekend getaways, spending time outdoors, actually anything outdoors. I love going out to dinner and hanging out with family and friends. I like to keep in shape and workout out regularly. I love all kinds of music. I am a girly girl, but am not afraid to throw on some old clothes and lay tile or paint the house. I am passionate about home decorating and would spend many a weekend working on the house. A man who, at this age, has something to show for himself. I would love a man with a great sense of humor and can make me smile. I am looking for someone who has good values, strong work ethic and knows the importance of honesty and trust. Honesty and trust are the two most important ingredients to a successful relationship.

Life is meant to be enjoyed. For me, that includes spectating sports...nothing like picking a team, then cheering them on! I like to experience things that are new and different, look for dining "off the beaten path", find those fine dining experiences, go hiking, attend live theatre, prune in flower beds, enjoy a nice glass of wine outdoors after work, tour an art exhibit, or watch a movie (I prefer action/adventure or drama). I like to dance to classic rock and chair dance to most anything else. I am solution oriented, fairly organized, prefer a plan but not opposed to the spontaneous.. I believe every day is an opportunity. I enjoy my job and the challenges it brings. Those challenges are character building experiences. I have been blessed beyond what I deserve. I am thankful for my family, our health, and the opportunity to have learned from mistakes.I will not respond if you have no picture or have inappropriate comments.

I'll probably look back at this first dating profile someday and laugh. Well, I have been on my own for a very long time. I really miss the affection that a relationship with a man can give. I like men a lot, and would like to spend sometime with one again :-) Please note I wrote one,...I'm not really interested in making up for lost time by dating a lot of men. Just one nice guy will suit me just fine. Because my children are grown, I think I'd prefer my partner to have their kids well on their way to adulthood. But I am somewhat open to that. My passions....life, love, music, art. I am a romantic at heart. I enjoy running, playing guitar, live bands, painting, bike riding. I would like to go camping and canoeing this summer. I don't really dig golf, fishing, or football. And someone PLEASE tell me why so many men have photos of themselves holding a fish??? That cracks me up. My single successful love affair has and will always be music. Top 10... Okay, that's the first 10 off the top of my head,...who can really narrow it down to 10 anyway? What makes me unique,...oh, just about everything. I won't be be like any one else you've ever met. So, either we'll hit it off right away or we won't. Oh, I'm kinda liberal... That's pretty important information, especially now. But I have no interest in arguing and debating people to death,...that's not me. It'd be cool to meet someone special here and if nothing else just some interaction with new people would be nice too. Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this :-) First date,.. In that case, to be honest....I think a daytime coffee would be the most practical and comfortable way to met someone for the first time.
