I am a mother of four amazing children that keep me very active with many sporting events and activities!! I work out ***times a week so I have lots of energy to keep up with my kids! I love to dance, cook and read in my spare time. I also play softball. I have a playful adventuresome spirit with a wide range of interests including watching sporting events-football is my favorite to watch-to going to musicals and concerts. Quiet evenings at home with a fire and a movie is also a fun option! Although I have a very playful approach to life I am very easy to talk to and I am an excellent listener. I enjoy challenging conversations as well as long as it is NOT about politics!! I have spent the last several years focusing on my career and I am now ready to focus more on my personal life. My ideal initial first date would be to meet for Starbucks or somewhere for a drink to see if there was a mutual interest. If we both decided there was "click" then for a "first date" it would be fun to go play putt put or paddle boating on the canal in Indy or something fun and interactive that would still allow for the opportunity to talk and get to know each other better. Once we were done with the activity a causal dinner with drinks would be great. Ideally we would be having so much fun we would lose track of time and not want the evening to end.

Having to set up a new profile after one in which I was ***years old. I had set up the profile as no one is searchable after the age of 99 and I was curious and wanted to kinda lurk...test the waters. meetville rules does not allow one to communicate with anyone 14 years younger or older which meant I could only correspond with someone older than 87...and won't delete my account so it is now "hidden"...and I now have an ALIAS. I am discovering men mostly don't read profiles anyway. Sorta like reading comic books, they just prefer to look at pictures. It is complicated....I seek chemistry - and you may ask what is that? Chemistry is a connection that to many, may seem magical and unrealistic. but it is simply the accumulation of what we are and who we have become, bringing two people together in the moment, and is much too complicated to ever analyze so we call it "love" I seek chemistry with someone who possesses charm, a flair for living, who can live life honestly, with personal integrity and financial stability. I am attracted to intelligence coupled with common sense. I stay fit and eat healthy and desire that quality in a partner. I desire somebody who is wise, someone with as much or more energy than me and who has at least as much zest for life as me and a kind heart as that is the key to the equation. And there must be Chemistry....I am a positive person of moral fiber while still enjoying things spontaneously. I often think and sometimes act outside the box. Excess within control. Descriptive for me would be loyal, fun-loving, energetic compassionate, moral, frugal, athletic, adaptable, sensitive, intuitive, living reclusive in a debt free life style in the country, charming with a dry quick wit and sense of humor and very sensual with the right mate.I didn't "blow up the t.v." but I avoid most of the rot and prefer to rent movies from the library, preferring independent films and documentaries over mainstream movies. I avoid movies containing gratuitous sex and violence; finding both to be raw and demeaning and insults my intelligence and imagination. So no couch potatoes please...I am vegetarian...and finding this is an element in my life that should be seriously considered in seeking a future partner. I love animals. I don't eat them. I own and live on an organic farm...I grow (not kill) what I eat. Life is simple if you have control of your simple needs. Life is good....not easy...but good! Vegetarianism is not just an ethical decision but part of the solution to the global, economical, ecological problems on Earth plus a health based choice. I am often told that I am a great chef. I love to cook with lots of spices. My cuisine is never dull!I love being in and around the water, having taught swimming (WSI) for 14 years, I crew on a racing sailboat and am resurrecting an antique racing sailboat for the ***racing season. I love exploration and hiking, potlucks and dancing to live music. Flying and travel is important. I am willing to travel to see a good band play or to hike a special place.People often portray themselves as perfect and no one is perfect, we are all imperfect. I am imperfectly perfect. What is more important is to not carry around a lot of baggage and to be responsible for your actions and I am able to do both of these things successfully. I have been blessed in life and am single my choice as I do know what I want and willing to wait it out, Life is what we make it. I strive to make each day special, I work hard and play harder. We live in a world that functions in an unrealistic way and at an alarming pace. I maintain a steady pace and search for what my soul tells me is real. No time for games. I am focused on developing a good relationship with a like- I am impatiently patient. If you can't post a photo, we probably have little in common, not being judgmental nor unrealistic in my expectations physically, but in order to begin communicating with someone, at least for me, a photograph to put a face on a person is pertinent."Everybody is after being extraordinary. That is the search of the ego: to be someone who is special, to be someone who is unique, incomparable. It is such an ordinary desire. If you become ordinary, the very search to be ordinary is extraordinary, because rarely does somebody want to be just nobody, rarely does somebody want to be just a hollow, empty space. This is really extraordinary in a way, because nobody wants it. And when you become ordinary you become extraordinary, and, of course, suddenly you discover that without searching you have become unique."- Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) the hardest part....wish the first date was optional! And the last "date" :-)

I am not very good at writing about myself I would just rather talk to the person to really get to know them but here are a few highlights.I love doing anything physical and fun. I work out almost everyday and I love doing anything different for a workout. I love to hike, run, bike, ski, horseback ride, crossfit, etc. I would love to find someone who also likes to stay in good physical shape and would like to do it together. If you are looking for a couch potato that is not me.I am looking for someone who likes to spend time together even if it's just doing daily chores. Who knows how to treat a women and respects them. I don't need to be center of attention all the time but I don't want to be put last either.I need someone who is kind, considerate, and very much a gentemen. Someone who is not selfish.I am pretty old fashion in my values but modern thinking at the same time. (I have teenage kids you have to be. Lol) My kids mean everything to me but I realize they are growing up and will be leaving soon to start their own lives so my mate needs to be as important as my children.I also love music, pretty much any type except classical and old country.
