I recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and am working on starting my own company. Some of my hobbies include: cooking, trying out new restaurants, patios in the summer, hanging out with friends, listening to music (house and hip-hop), travelling, shopping, etc. I'm kind of over the club scene, so if you're a club rat, who parties at Maison every weekend please refrain from messaging me. Also, if you post pictures on your profile of you flexing in the mirror, please don't waste your time messaging me. Dinner & Drinks

I'm a traveler, adventurer, lover of food, lover of music, lover of healthiness and mindfulness, yogi, vegetarian, student for life, and lover of peanut butter:It's hard to write about yourself without coming off sounding a certain way, but I will try to be my humblest.First and foremost, I am a learner for life. One of the most fascinating things to me is fascination itself. Once I become enthralled in a subject, I can sit for hours reading about it. Usually, it ends up being psychology related but when I finally get the chance to read something for pleasure (not that psych readings aren't pleasurable) and/or leisure, I love reading historical fiction or classic novels.....and the paperback kind that has that old library smell. When I'm not stuck in books or at my computer screen, I like to find the opportunity to travel and learn new things in any different way, be it culture, way of life, existence, and the like. I have been very fortunate to have travelled a lot; it has changed my life and it has opened my eyes to many things. Even though school tends to preoccupy my life, I always take advantage of school-related travels and take a couple days to visit a place I've never been before. To me, spending money on those types of experiences is always worthwhile. Likewise, I will try (most anything) once. I'm adventurous in my activities and in food. I have never jumped out of an airplane, but I would....it would just take me a while to do it. There are many foods I haven't tried, but there are many types of foods I would. I am a vegetarian and try to eat as cleanly as possible. Experimenting in the kitchen is one of my favourite things to do. I love exploring new flavours and spending my time creating new dishes to try and share with others. I try to live as healthily as possible and believe in the saying "practice what you preach." Therefore, I have tried to dedicate time to create balance in my life by leading a healthy lifestyle with exercise and mindfulness, including stopping to smell the roses. However, my one guilty pleasure (and not so healthy indulgence) is peanut butter! Music has been a big part of my life since I was a kid. Some of my fondest memories include sitting around the fire with my parents and siblings as my dad played the guitar and we sang the Beatles together. Now, still singing the Beatles, whether to my own tune or the tune of others, music remains a huge part of keeping my life balanced. I'm pretty nondiscriminant with my music preferences but fall in love with whatever wonderful melody may catch my ear.My family and friends are an enormous part of my life. Period. As far as everything else about me, well you'll just have to ask. Should definitely not feel like a date. Other than that, I'm game for anything!
