I'm the girl next door...Fun, outgoing, social. I enjoy family time (I have one daughter who is in her last year of high school -), hanging out with friends, and my down time! I work hard and enjoy my job as an Army civilian. I spent five years in the Air Force and really enjoy working with the military. I'm not big into the club scene, so if that's your idea of a good time, I doubt we'll be a good match. My scene is more of the sports bar/backyard BBQ type. I don't mind staying in and renting movies, cooking a big meal and just enjoying the evening, nor do I mind going out on the town, or just relaxing on the beach or in the mountains somewhere. I'm a very down-to-earth type person. I've led a good life, not with lots of fanfare and money, but with love of family and friendships I've built to last a lifetime. Dinner at a quiet restaurant (not the busy chains) so you can actually hear each other talking and getting to know each other. Sporting event to let loose and have fun while being totally comfortable. Perhaps taking a long walk and having a drink or ice cream somewhere. Communication, eye contact, politeness...Just the easy, common-sense approach to a first date! Hopefully, the first date will leave a good impression and a second date will be forthcoming...

    Seriously, have no idea why I am even on this website but decided, what the heck...you only live once. I am a divorced mom of 3 kids who are my whole world and who no man will ever come in front of. You will never hear me complain about too much sports. ....PERFECT WEEKEND!!!!!I am not interested in anyone with a criminal record, any smokers (gross) or any heavy drinkers...and DEFINITELY no illicit drug use in their background. My children are raised in a Christian based family and I would like the guy I am hanging out with to also share some of those same values. If you are a father, you must be a dang good one. Also, a professional career is a must!!! I am not wanting to spend what little free time I do have with someone who isn't as like minded as me. I am very independent and not looking to take care of anyone else other than my 3 kids.Ok, so that is as real and honest as I can get.
