Hi guys - I'm taking a break from meetville for a while. Apparently I have to PAY to hide my profile - whatever. So feel free to browse, but I won't be responding to any communication until things calm down in my life a bit. Best of luck in your searches!I would like to be the reason someone looks down at their phone, smiles - and walks into a pole. I am a chilled out kinda gal who loves to travel to beaches, casinos, foreign countries, and natural wonders. I can make you laugh when I'm on, and I love to laugh. But then who doesn't? I have two awesome kids, but they really don't qualify as children since they're both in their 20s. I'm ultimately looking for a relationship. While I'm in no hurry to get there, if you're not looking for a relationship, we are not a match.I'm looking for an extremely laid back guy, who has time to date but wont smother me either. I love tattoos and bald heads, but neither are required. The only real requirements are you are single (in every way, and not recently divorced), must be able to support yourself comfortably (I do), and you aren't going to be too forward on the first few dates. I'm not really into cowboy-type guys. Nice teeth get extra bonus points. I am truly average size, not skinny, not fat - if you're a butt guy, you will like me. I'm not a party girl at all, and party guys don't really do it for me. So if you are chill, love to travel, enjoy staying in as much going out, and you know how to treat a woman, drop me a line!Don't forget these words of wisdom: An ounce of pretention is worth a pound of manure. I'm pretty game for anything. I always thought Dave and Busters was a good place to meet. They have decent food, and we can have some fun while we get to know each other, *** the usual 'interview' setting.

Looking for: man. In age: 47-57
I'm an art director and have a degree (BFA) in art. I do a lot of work as a graphic designer as well as other areas of my profession. So, yes, i love museums and culture, architecture & history, but i also love books, movies and simple things. I used to dj on college radio for ***? years and I pretty much love most music including genres like alt, indie, some classic rock, and a fondness for Bach, pretty much most music except country music, which is just fine if you like it, as long as you don’t take over ALL of the radio channel preset buttons in the car. ;)I think it's nice to be with someone who also wants to sometimes just be in each other's company, even if we're doing different things. I like company. Of course if it leads to something greater, i would like that very much. I love to travel. I’;; S.F. the most. I think it's important to be tolerant of others and their differences. I prefer no drama, but i do like romantic gestures. I'm very loyal and I'd love a companion who appreciates me as much as I value them. I love to share things, but I am also a pretty good listener. I like to give my full attention and indulge the man I care about. If you have kids that’s great. I love kids. I think it’s an amazing experience and is truly one of the most important jobs in life, too. I have one son and he’s away off in college, so I’m child free now. So I'm pretty flexible whether you have kids or don’t. There are lots of things to find to appreciate about each other, so most things shouldn't be a deal-breaker, i'm pretty tolerant. I’m scared to ride motorcycles so that’s probably not one of them. I love science and have a sense of wonder about the world. I love to learn. If there is something you are really into, chances are I might take an interest as well. I have a love of adventure. I think something casual and simple would be a best first date, meet at a cafe over coffee or something. I actually love movies, and i think it’s possible at least initially, to engage in conversation before and afterwards. Nothing should be so stressful that you find you are not enjoying it. I prefer low-key, getting-to-know-each-other kind of vibe. And who knows, if things work out great, well then that's cause to celebrate maybe and do something special together.

Ok, something about me. Well, my life is pretty full right now - I have 3 great kids (1 married and out on his own), 2 seriously over indulged "accessory" dogs, a fantastic job and some of the best friends anyone could ask for. I love to have fun going to nearly any type of movie, reading books, listening to music, hiking the gorges and photography. But if your only idea of fun requires a condom and the back seat of your Chevy, keep moving on - I'm tired of being used. Otherwise, if you're truly interested in getting out, enjoying someone's company while discovering whether or not a relationship develops, then definitely read on!I was married once, a long time ago and came close to getting married once again. Obviously that didn't work out. But I haven't given up hope that I'll meet someone again - I just can't believe God intends for people to live their lives alone, unless they choose to be. As full as my life is, I'm still going it alone and that isn't what I had planned. I miss the closeness that comes with a committed relationship. I miss how you can communicate volumes by a single touch. I miss how you can tell what he's thinking by the look of his face. I miss big bear hugs! I love how he knows all my faults, my good side as well as my bad side, all of my most embarrassing secrets, yet, he still wants to be with . Did I mention I miss big, bear hugs? I like to make dinner at home and watch a movie as much as going out. I'm very fun-loving, easy-going and I love to have fun. A quiet place to talk and get to know one another would be ideal.
