I am an active woman and have made being healthy a priority in my life. I rarely miss going to the gym. I run, work out, lift weights and hike. If it is outside there is a good chance I will enjoy it. I golf, play basketball and enjoy tossing a baseball or football around. I love watching sports, laughing and trying new things.
