i work 24 hour shifts, so I have several off days and nights that just rotate. I served in the Air Force for 14 years as a Medic before seperating last July. -old son. It's been quite a change for both of us but we both like it. However, moving so far from everyone I know and all of my family has left me without much of a social life. I am kinda looking for someone I can date casually but I don't want anything serious at the moment.I'm also in the last few semesters of my degree and then I'll hold my BA in Criminal Justice after which I can start working on my doctorate in psychology. Considering what I'm going to school for, I would prefer that anyone who's involved in anything on the 'down low' not message me....just saying.Just a few things that people should know about me is that I can be a difficult person. I look at everything from an intellectual view point rather than an emotional one. This means that I'm going to ask questions to make things clearer to me. It also means that I'm going to get annoying, something that I've been told I do a lot. I can't help it; it's a part of who I am and I'm not about to change it for anyone. I've always believed that you accept someone for who and what they are; you can't just pick and choose what you like and try to get rid of the rest. It doesn't work that way. I fully expect to be treated in the same manner I treat others and that's by accepting who everyone is without trying to change them. The old saying 'treat others as you would want to be treated' means a lot to me.I like anything that requires you to think. Mind games, puzzles, anything of that sort. Debates are fun, too. But I also like to be outside (when I can get an allergy med to work down here!) and will be outside whenever I can get the change. I like to camp, fish, hunt (yes, hunt), shoot, hike, anything outside. I'm a country girl and was raised to take care of myself so I'm pretty independent. I like just about any kind of music except polka and hard metal, the death metal kind. I'll listen to country and switch to classical and then to rap and r&b. I love to cook but haven't been able to do much lately due to work and schoolwork. To be honest, I've never really been on a 'date'. I won't know what I like until I've tried them. So surprise me!
