I am a 29 year old accomplished woman who decided this year would be the year to better myself. With the big 30 approaching I wanted to be in the best shape of my life and I have made that healthy lifestyle change. I joined Crossfit in March and it has helped me tremendously. I am adventurous when the opportunity arises. Love being outdoors, whether it's just sitting around talking with friends or reading a book, watching a football game, or enjoying a bonfire and a few drinks with friends. I think fall is my favorite season because the weather is amazing and there is LSU football! I am a very caring, loyal friend who spends most of my time doing for others, but this makes me happy!
