I am a 29 year old accomplished woman who decided this year would be the year to better myself. With the big 30 approaching I wanted to be in the best shape of my life and I have made that healthy lifestyle change. I joined Crossfit in March and it has helped me tremendously. I am adventurous when the opportunity arises.
