Hi all,I've discovered that meetville only gives you as much as you put in, and I haven't really put much time or effort into this whole internet dating thing. I still find it kind of weird, this talking on the computer then going to meet someone. But where the heck is a girl supposed to meet anyone these days? No really, I'm kinda struggling over here. So here comes the part where I talk about myself. This should be fun... I am independent, I have my own place, my own car and I have a career in which I really enjoy. I like to walk my dog and explore this city. I am starting to invest in my health, eating better, exercising more. As I'm getting older I realize that getting healthy now is going to be a lot easier than doing it down the road. I'd ultimately like to meet someone in which there is a genuine connection to start something awesome with. If that is too much to ask (and it may be asking a little too much from meetville...) I have a horse that's the biggest chickensh*tin the world but he tries ever so hard to be brave.I'm not that great at filling out dating profiles so here's an awkward list of thingsTurn Ons-eating breakfast food for dinner-exercising (in and out of the gym)-oddities-cartoons of all kinds-white guys with long hair (don't know why...bonus points if you have facial hair or a beard!) -silly (but still well done) tattoos-classical and metal music-playing tag with horses-sweet potatoes -watching nature documentaries-wearing lingerie (and by lingerie I mean pajamas and sweat pants)-being outside-fuzzy socks-getting scared (or as most people call it, 'adrenaline')-tall people-easy going people-lazy days where wearing pants is totally unheard of-campfires Turn Offs-cookies with raisins in them-sticky children-slow walking people -body odor-people who can't pronounce the word 'schedule' properly-onions and mushrooms (they know what they did!)-guys who send 2 or 3 word messages-horrible grammar and spelling (make an effort for god's sake!)-older men (if you're old enough to be my dad, shut it down)-cheesy pick-up lines (we all know those only work if you're trying to romance someone with the brain activity of a turnip)--alcoholics-hidden agendas -people who lack a sense of humor-tofu (definitely shut that sh*t down) Surprise me. Seriously, I'm bored of the same old shit.

Why hello! Let's see, I'm a graphic design major at IPFW, have my own small photography business, and work as a CNA at a retirement home. Eventually I think it would be amazing to work for a magazine and be sent to amazing places to take photos but until then I'm pretty happy doing my own thing. I'm usually pretty happy and try not to dwell on the negative aspects of my day/life because what does that really accomplish? I'm not afraid to share my opinions, lord knows I've got a million of them. If you ask me an honest question, expect an honest answer (and I promise to try and be nice if its something we disagree on!) I love shooting pool, going to see movies, trying new restaurants...hmm *** listing everything else lets just say if it's fun I more than likely enjoy doing it or would be willing to try it.I can't wait for summertime when I can enjoy a nice beer on the patio at my favorite bar while listening to a great band play. Ah yes. That sounds so nice!Oh, one more thing...Top 5 things I'm afraid of:1. Fish2. Spiders...well any sort of bug really (yeah, yeah, a spider is an arachnid, I know I know)3. Sharks4. Creepy, unfinished basements5. Potentially not having the time for breakfast on the day the world ends (It's the most important meal of the day you know...) I don't think it really matters too much what the activity is on the date, it's more about who you are with. Dinner, movies, and drinks are fine dates but it's always awesome when something creative can be thought up to do. Who doesn't love an adventure?
