Hello! Just blown in by a strong wind back to the region. I have spent the past few years sailing the ocean blue with Mickey and the gang to and from the Bahamas. For that I live with no regrets. Before that I was living and learning in Australia. I was fortunate enough to earn my Masters degree and learn how to surf, all in a days work:) I'm now a certified Drama/English teacher, so I am a fan of quirkiness and proper grammar. I am however not currently working in this profession, due to job opportunities (or non-opportunities) elsewhere. I love belting out tunes and dancing without purpose. Also I am a world class procrastinator, actually I'm sure that's how I ended up on this site to begin with. I try and live life with a positive outlook. I just cringe at the thought of being cooped up in an office somewhere working ***for minimum wage. I'd like to say that I am a free spirit, but without the Volkswagen hippie van. Although wouldn't that be awesome?!I enjoy unique people who appreciate the arts and live performance. I like laughing until I cry and wearing no shoes. Also enjoy a quality plaid shirt on a man. I would prefer to meet guys who are grounded. (I guess wouldn't we all). But being unemployed, unkept and generally in a state of disarray might be signs that you needn't apply. I'm not into styled facial hair, or fancy cars. But I do appreciate a decent cook:) Side note: what is with profiles who are letting me know how many days a week and the duration of their fitness regime? Love an active male, however no need for detailed descriptions of how much you lift. Word. So, if you like any, all, or even none of above, feel free to send me a message anyway. I just got out of something serious well serious for me anyway so im looking to see what happens. Im the girl with a good heart and I want someone with one as well. I dont need games, lies, and judgemental people in my life. If you judge a book by its cover then move on.. if all you want is sex then move on.. I want someone real. Someone raised up right and is a true gentleman. I thought i had that because things were actually different with that guy but again i was fooled and im tired of it but i do believe everyone is meant for someone and that there are good guys still out there. I believe a realtionship is a two way street and will fail if its not. I am very big on respect and will not tolerate being disrespected. I am also very close with my family and they mean more to me than anything in this world. I want someone with a good head on their shoulders and knows how to act their age. I enjoy life day by day and dont take it for granted. I dont mind going out once in awhile and spending time with friends but i also love to stay at home and cuddle and watch movies, even go out to a movie for a date or go to the lake. If you are just about the bar scene again move on. . I want someone who is faithful and not afraid to be themselves alone and in public. someone who is not afraid to be loved no matter where you are and not ashamed of who you are with. Someone grown up and knows what they want. I am not a big ku fan but admit they are good in basketball, i love march madness. I dont mind if you're a fan of ku or a team i dont like cause i think it is always fun to have a little rivalry. I love all kinds of music mostly just country and rock. Movies are comedies and horror and some action;. This is cheesy but i love the color green lol. I currently work as a billing clerk for a truck line..its boring but i work with one of my best friends and we always seem to make it fun. I couldnt do it without her. I think friendships like that are very important, i love all my friends. I like to see what happens but if nothing persues romantically i love making new friends. You only have one life to live so live it to the fullest. I love a sence of humor but i also want that someone to know when to be serious. If you want to know anything else please just ask.
