I decided to give this another try in hopes of better luck than before. I've had little luck finding someone who is not about games or just hooking up. With that said, I am an extremely outgoing, loveable, woman that is looking for a serious relationship. Again...."Those of you looking for a fling need not apply". I dont run games, and hate when they are played. Only games i'm interested are held on Sunday's. I work in education (no i'm not a teacher, there are other positions) and am looking to move up in my profession. I am very driven with goals I plan on attaining. I enjoy photography, wine tasting, taking drives, movies and also love watching the football games at the bar with my favorite brew.)... take a jab at my boys, I dare ya ;) Although I do on occasions go out, and enjoy dancing til last call and attempt a social life, I outgrew the bar scene many moons ago.Ultimately I am looking for someone that is strong enough to handle my outgoing, energentic personality, yet understands when I just need someone to listen. I'm a sucker for the oldschool gentleman, but also the man's man. Someone that I can have fun with, enjoy life, and experience new places and spaces, but also one that would not mind curling up on the couch under the covers and calling it a Netflix night.I want someone to grow with and enjoy spending time with. I want to be able to sit on a porch and talk about the good times, but still be able to create more memories when we are old and retired. Romantic relationships are important to me and having a close connection is extremely important, but comes with time. I love with all my heart, and that is one of my pros and cons. I learned that you can't force anything, and if things are meant to be, they will be. That doesn't mean I will kiss on the first date, it just means that when I find him, he is in for one hell of a ride!     So I'm known to my friends and family as... "the bad luck guy". Though this has negative connotations, in the sense that I will always find myself in a pickle, whether through my doing or the universe's, it has made me pretty fiesty in life and rather independent. I'm interested in working in international development and improving the quality of life around the world. I want to spend my life traveling around, trying new things, and just becoming a full-time adventurer. I've got a LONG bucket list.I'm looking for someone who is curious about the world and up for anything. I'm pretty spontaneous and appreciate when someone can hop in the car and go on a road trip. Also, my guy doesn't take himself too seriously, is active and takes care of himself, is confident in himself, has a great sense of humor, is communicative and unafraid of opening up, is open to new things, is a person that I can take out and can create his own fun, and is constantly changing and moving. I need someone that challenges me everyday.Dealbreakers: If you don't have a passport, I don't think we'll have much in common...sorry, not gonna happen. Going out and trying a new restaurant, great conversation, and walking around the City. Doing something cultural during the day would be fun as well like going to the Smithsonians and checking out a new exhibit.     I enjoy doing just about everything! From kayaking to theater tours... I'm all in! As long as I am having fun and surrounded by kind, fun loving people I know it will be a great time. I just finished my masters degree in *** aka how to teach the crazy children that normal teachers pray are absent each day (but never are lol). I plan on one day persuing my doctorate degree not sure on what focus... although I have been interested in finding a career outside of the classroom.I love to draw, go to concerts, kayak, bike, hike, find new music, work with kidos, read, coffee shops, and really anything else. I'm always up for trying something new... I like to swim, but in college I competed in a division 1 school for springboard diving...I'm pretty laid back and I love just hanging out being silly. I think that anything out of the box is more my style. I would hate to go on the tradtional date of dinner and a movie. There is nothing appealing about sitting in a dark room where you are expected to sit in silence. Especially not on a day that you are trying to get to know someone. I would much rather participate in an activity with someone (concert, sporting event, hiking). Nothing over the top... but something fun that we will both be able to enjoy and really have the time to get to know each other.I am also in no way looking for something quick and easy. So if your objective is to get laid, I'm sorry I'm not your girl! I firmly believe in opening your heart to someone before you open your legs to them.
