About Me

I love to spend time with my family and friends, checking out different events and concerts. I love to laugh so anyone that has a good sense of humor, especially sarcastic, is a good fit for me. I just finished with my Associates Degree in Business Administration and am working towards my Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies. I waited a while to go back to college after high school, but I'm a firm believer in doing things when I feel the time is right in my life. I like doing things outside, like taking bike rides or playing tennis. I love to swim, although I usually prefer pools, unless we're going to see the sunset on the beach. I'm open to trying pretty much anything. I like creating memories by sharing new experiences with the people that I care about.I listen to all types of music, except country. I really love Classic Rock and Indie music. Some of my favorite bands are Silversun Pickups, Metric, White Lies, Low vs. Diamond, The Spill Canvas and Led Zeppelin. I like to listen to new types of music though, so feel free to suggest something. I also like to play video games on occasion, although I'm not the best at them. I value honesty over all things in a person. I've been in a few relationships where there wasn't a lot of honesty and I found out things too late. I would rather be told the truth than have to question someone and wonder what they're really feeling. I'm really easy to get to know and am the first to laugh at myself if I do something silly or stupid. Please message me if you are interested in getting to know me better!     Si tu es francophone et que tu sais écrire le français, tu fais partie de cette infime minorité que je recherche! :-)Un jour quelqu'un m'a dit : bien au-delà de ce que tu veux, tu dois savoir ce dont tu as besoin. Il avait raison. C'est ce qui fait qu'une relation fonctionne - lorsqu'elle remplit nos besoins. Voici donc un aperçu de ce dont j'ai besoin : un gars qui est très "humain", qui a une intelligence émotionnelle finalement, qui est à l'écoute des gens autour de lui. Il a trouvé son équilibre. Il est drôle, et il a envie de prendre la vie avec légerté! Pour lui, la réussite professionnelle est importante, mais c'est loin d'être l'accomplissement d'une vie. Il a des aspirations, il tend vers quelque chose. Il a une certaine spiritualité aussi, ou quelque chose qui s'en approche. Il est capable de réflexion, et en même temps capable de dérision! :-) Il a envie d'évoluer, à deux, de bâtir, de s'asseoir pour discuter et se comprendre. Je suis loin d'être parfaite, mais je sais que quand deux personnes se rencontrent, c'est deux mondes qui s'entrelacent, et ça peut donner le plus beau résultat d'une vie. Parce qu'au fond, tout revient à ça. L'amour c'est la base de tout.

    So far I'm loving it and it was one of the best spontaneous decisions I've ever made. Unfortunatly I have not had the chance to see much as of yet. I'm very laid back and tend to be flexible so I enjoy trying new things. I love getting dressed up for a night on the town after a day of getting dirty hiking! I would like to try kayaking, mountain biking and possibly some rock climing. I'm hoping to do some skiing this winter, and possibly try snowboarding. I like to try new beers and new restaurants, the weirder the better. I love to travel and I love meeting new people! I am ultimately looking for 'the one' if such exists, I mean who isn't? I want a soulful, deep connection, marriage, kids and foreign vacations. But I am normally not one to rush into things. I'm looking to be friends first and if it evolves to something more even better :) Whatever really. Dinner is fine, coffee, drinks, bowling....just something where we are able to talk. I don't really worry about it being awkward because there are no expectations.
