In two years it has been a yo yo affect with my goals but im down almost 55lbs in two years and now consistently keeping it off and dropping weight progressively. I put on some booty shakin music and bust it out for about 30 mins a day to anything to keep me movin!! I'm really into fitness now and love the difference I'm making in my life with my kids.
