Let me start by saying that I am not really excited about a dating site, but I really don't think I will meet the man of my dreams in the grocery store like the movies :) I don't get out much and when I do it is grocery shopping, errands or bowling (a women's league doesn't help me out much in my search, lol).I am a self sufficient women looking for the same in a partner. I am looking for a confident, honest and affectionate man. He should probably have patience as well because I can be stubborn and am not afraid to challenge him once in a while. I love a good sense of humor and/or witty sarcasm. I can have fun doing just about anything. I am on a women's bowling league during the fall and I love to cook. I spend most of my weekends around the house, karaoke (not a great singer, but I like the atmosphere) or I visit family. I have recently started reading again, so that takes up some of my evenings. Jeez, sounds pretty boring. I am sure I am leaving things out as I find it hard to write about myself. I like most music, it just depends on my mood. By far my favorite movies are comedies.I really have so much more to say, but I will let you ask if you want to know more :) It depends on the first impression. Maybe start with coffee or a drink depending on the person and go with the vibe from there. Maybe dinner or something more formal if we are both interested.

    OK,about me...I love having fun but work equally hard. I enjoy hanging out with my child. I work out daily, I enjoy cooking but appreciate unique restaurants, recently took up surfing and love hanging out on the beach or other water activities. Interesting they put "taste in music" in the profile. I always have the radio going! I can't sing and do not play an ***, but I love music. I listen to a variety of artists and genre's. A few of my favorite artists are G. I like old country and classic rock n roll. Bring on the Indie rock, Dub step, and hip hop. Probably easier to say what I don't like...I don't listen to a lot of country,classical, zydeco, or jazz. I do not enjoy rap at all! Well I think that will do it. Gotta keep something to talk about on the date... If you like pina colada, getting caught in the rain...No,seriously I'm pretty easily entertained and am just looking forward to meeting someone with common interests. We'll figure out what to do on our first date when the time comes.
