All my kids are grown and I am getting a little bored at times. (Must mention I am more comfortable in a pair of jeans than I am a dress) I work alot and when I am not working I try to have as much fun as I can. I enjoy many differnt thing. I am really just missing that special someone to do all of it with. I try to spend a week in Cabo each yr. My kids range from 19 yrs old to 31. I do have a grandchild that I love to death and another on the way. Spending time with my family is a big deal and something I would never change. I bought a boat a couple yrs ago so I could take my youngest and her friends out wakeboarding. That was probably one of my best investments. Those girls have shown me and my girlfriends a really good time! I am far from an Angelfish and I dont expect to find one but I am sure I will find someone pretty special and I think that is all a person can ask for. And as I mentioned I am not in hurry.....have a great day and good luck fishing Not much on coffee shops...would probably be more like a drink in a low key place

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Leo.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
I'm an energetic, fun loving and social person. I love working out, bike riding and spending time with family and friends. Both of my kids live nearby, now it is just me and my dog. Totally into politics - I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to ***, zumba and sports talk radio. OK, and crossword puzzles. At the risk of sounding like everyone else( I'll just say it) I just want to be happy and enjoy my life. It's all good if the company is good!

Exactly how does one write a profile to precisely capture the desired audience? What magical combination of words can possibly attract the personification of the traits I find attractive or adequately portray my true essence as a person and a woman? Most importantly how many men really do read these profiles? Myself: I am self-sufficient (capable of killing spiders, investigating loud noises in the night with large dog at side, and tackling minor home repairs and improvements), educated (degreed with a liberal arts foundation), intelligent (have my own opinions but, astute enough to know that "different" doesn't necessarily mean "wrong"), articulate (I guess you’ll need to converse with me to ascertain that trait! lol), and attractive (or so I've been told) with a deep love for children, animals and the outdoors. Some of my greatest passions are dog rescue, training and fostering. Spending time at the dog parks is one of my favorite ways to de-stress. Additionally, being outside, whether working in the yard with headphones and music, walking trails with the dogs or sitting on a patio listening to wind chimes and birds sing is a must to retain my sanity! My friends and family have remarked that I am empathetic, naturally happy, unpretentious, patient, and have a calming influence on others. Basically, I see the joy in life and the good in people, and more often than not, accept them on their own terms. My goal is to live each day with love, grace, humility and gratitude. I've lived a fabulous live but, the past has not always been “”. However, it has been a wonderful opportunity for learning and growth. As a result, I am free from the past and have moved forward as a better person with more wisdom and life experience. Traits I appreciate in a man: Attractive (someone attractive to me both on the inside and out), intelligent (the ability carry on a cogent conversation and participate in playful banter), articulate (The ability and willingness to speak your thoughts, both positive and negative....What REALLY catches my attention and interest is excellent writing skills with correct spelling and proper grammar.Oh my!!), optimistic, warm, patient (able to laugh at the daily frustrations in life most of the time and can see progress, above imperfection) and a professional persona. Also a love of dogs would be a fantastic bonus, but at least a "like" is necessary. Essentially looking for my equal and complement....someone who "gets" me and would never dream of wanting to change me. Have you seen him????In a perfect world of infinite possibilities..... I seek a man that I can respect, admire and adore for an eternity; a man that can tolerate and perhaps even nurture my creative binges, can find humor in the chaos of living with a house full of pets, has the maturity to weather the storm and the wisdom and faith to embrace uncertainty. However, today, I'd like to start SLOWLY with a developing friendship and see what progresses. Down the road, who knows?.....Perhaps you will make my heart skip a beat. ;) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I wish you abundant success in finding what you seek. :) For that first meeting my preference would be a quiet location, e.g., coffee shop, to facilitate getting to know one another better, to determine the presence of that initial "spark" OR potential friendship.
