I was told my profile scares men, lol. I only mean to scare off the bad guys, not the great ones. SO this is the toned down version? lol. I am loyal, honest, committed, giving but not stupid, loving and sacrificing but not a doormat, an authentic soul, creative, multi-talented, sensitive and tough (resiliant) Both lovably dorky and directionally challanged. (Serious I have no sense of direction. I live by GPS.) I am Christian, Non-denominational, and I would want a commited but real Christian-that is a must have quality and non-negotiable for me. I am...Often Underestimated, Smarter than I look, Not a spring chicken but I still have some spring left! Still Hot for a chubby chick,lol. Working on losing weight and getting healthy and would like someone that can support and encourage that and get healthy together. I do like taking walks. I still have all the curves in all the right places, last time I checked, lol.I love hope, positivity, holistic, healing, spiritual, fun, goofy, loving, people and believe that i have that to offer as well. I don't need anyone that needs "fixing" but I do believe we all need healing and restoration from the sometimes unkind and unfortunate occurrences Life deals us. We all need that unconditional love and trust in God and to find a soul mate. I would like an authentic soul, real, deep, spiritual, Christian, WHO believes in God, love, hope, healing, positivity, goals, driven, dreams and obtaining them. Creative dreams include writing and film. I have to make time to pursue what I love! I Love film, writing, art, music--especially the blues, but all genres, very ecclectic in music. I actually go into a lot of concert venues for work, so I love live music. Read tons of self help, financial, goal achieving books. I love to travel and love any place with water! Anything Cali and ocean is the best. Love the water! Oceans, lakes, beaches. Would love to go boating. I have a pretty flexible self scheduleing job so it can allow me a little flexibility. I could relocate anywhere with my job as well, and would hope to find a wonderful man to settle down with. I would like to experience all the good things I somehow missed out on when younger. Truly finding that one and only first love would be the main thing.I want to feel secure and safe with a man, that he is reliable and dependable and yes, can take care of me. I have taken care of myself and everyone else alone for far too long, so I would love a little TLC and caring for! A real man knows how to care for a lady. I am looking for the love of my life, and truly want to be the love of someone else's life. Too much to ask for? I hope that is still possible. I would love someone with a great sense of humor that keeps me laughing, but knows when to be serious, and is dependable and loyal. Loyalty is an absolute must have- a non-negotiable. I am me, real, honest, flaws and all, and it will take a special man to me. but hope to find a special soul out there capable of unconditional love that heals the heart, soul, mind, and body. Wow, that is a lot to ask for :) This is meant to scare away the bad guys, not the good : No liars, no cheaters, no drug users or alcoholics, (Light social drinking ok) No smokers, no users, no abusers, no obsessive compulsive. I am worth more than that to waste my time on men that do not deserve me. I am looking for a wonderful special soul, the illusive soul mate. Of course I am trying to find someone who is funny, great sense of humor, well adjusted from all life has thrown at them and not a bitter, mean old fuddy duddy. I want to be content with someone but not bored by them. Nice and calm is fine, just not someone that needs a fire lit under them to have an interesting conversation. Have some goals! Dreams! Hobbies! No matter how old you (we) are! You have to have some hobbies, ambition, goals and dreams to offer a woman! Find out who you are and who you would like to be and have goals to get there, then maybe...you can find someone who can share that with you! I think I am pretty well adjusted for all the stuff I have been thru in life. I don't want to just survive but to thrive, to overcome and triumph. I think most everyone is complex with many sides, goals and talents. and I think I am a complex human being and sensitive but not drama, creative but not a flake, dorky yet surprisingly deep. My almost savaant brilliance will catch you off guard when you least expect intelligence out of me, lol. For those I haven't scared off, hopefully we would have a chance to talk first and get to know more about each other. I have written a book here, so I'd like to know more about you. Maybe at very first simply meet and talk over coffee. If we are think we click, I would enjoy the romantic dates. Walking, movies,or music, dinner, seeing area attractions, walks on a beach or waterfront, blues festivals, Boat rides. Some outdoor adventures (I'm a wimp.) Cooking together, maybe having a little wine and a cozy fire. All the cutsie romantic stuff. I am a hopeless romantic, but have to be smart and combine the logic with it. I want a genuine soul, a good Christian man, a real man that knows how to care for a woman, and I in turn will care for him. Let's not waste my time or yours if you are not that.) . I am looking for positivity and someone that wants to look forward to a good life with goals and dreams and enjoying family, friends, making the rest of our lives a great life together. The right person is out there. We have to believe the best half of our lives is still to come!

    .. fortunately, I'm not playing that game. I know I'm not perfect, nor should you have to be. -- all I ask is that you be REAL and be yourself.I'm usually up for just about anything -- love to dance, travel, meet new people -- and, I can be quiet at times, as well "star" as the life of the party. Team sports injuries have slowed me down, so now I hike, ride my horse, and dance for exercise. Often when I spend time alone, I'm typically reading (even in a crowd) or riding in the mountains with my horse and dogs.
