Well things have be pretty tough these last couple of years. I really work on mindfulness and staying in the moment. Even those " Squirrel " moments, because sometimes those moments can be the best. I live to help and heal with metal health issues. This gives me a purpose, and can be very gratifying. We only have so many years on this big ball of green and blue.
