I am full of energy and spirit and try my best to make any situation a learning experience. I never want to find a moment in life where I realize I've stopped asking questions and wondering. How dull would that be? We view the world through personalized lenses, morphed from our own experiences. I strive on making mine as full as they can be so I can be an empathetic person and be more understanding of people who have gone through all steps of life. I'm passionate about being healthy. Exercise and eating right both play immense roles in my life. With that being said, food is SO good! Willing and enjoy indulging every now and again.Dancing makes me happy. Sometimes I rock out with my ipod, dancing around the house. It might sound silly, but the next time you find yourself exhausted with a few more hours left in your day or just bummed out, do yourself a little jig and you'll feel beyond refreshed. Or maybe you'll just feel foolish but either way, you'll be more awake and/or laughing at yourself, right???
