I am a Christian woman who lives a peaceful life and loves lifes simple pleasures. I enjoy all types of music but especialy classic rock. I am generaly a quiet person with a goofy side. I prefer to take all relationships slowly to allow time to discover each other, everyone has multiple facets to their personalities. I have a very adventurous side also, but it takes the right person to bring it out! I am extremely family oriented but definately not blind to their faults! With teens you have to keep a good , and a little warped sense of humor! I am a very happy person who has unpacked and thrown out old, useless baggage and have absolutely zero tolerance for bitter, resentful, angry people! Here's the thing, we only get one crack at this! Old enough to know that the small stuff does not matter. In the end it is what we will feel proud of that counts, not the regrets. Now it won't be long until my last birdie is out of the nest and its officially my time! I love music and often go to local festivals. There is so much talent here. When the weather is pretty, I like to get out and go junkin at a flea market or yard sale. My hobbies are gardening (flowers) and photography. Its fun to just get in the car with my camera and ride. The best pictures are off the beaten path.Must tell you that I have a passion for those less fortunate or that have just hit a bump in the road. I serve at a food kitchen and often do random acts of kindness. I know for a fact that I get more out of it than they do. In a way, its a selfish act.Guess I'm unique because I've been divorced 19 years. At this point you must be saying "whats wrong with her?" I have dated off and on, but to be honest, I have been mom and dad to my youngest and felt it best to concentrate on that. But, I don't picture myself being alone in the future. I have so much love to give and really want to be loved.This is my second time on meetville. I really don't enjoy filling out all this stuff, but, it does provide a starting point. I want so much more than that. First dates are always a little nerve racking, so, a cup of coffee, glass of wine or ice cream cone is good by me.
