I love the outdoors, fitness, laughter, and romantic dinners. I like picnic's in the park. It is hard to describe who I am personally. I am me. I am a true southern gentleman who considers physical fitness a way of life. Not the only way, but guidelines to a healthy long life. I have been with the same company for 30 yrs. now.
