I still work out with a trainer 3 times a week and continue to walk daily with the company of another. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, traveling, listening to movies, eating good food with an occasional cheat day; who doesn't love a good chocolate chip cookie or a pizza. Chatting about current events, life, and visiting with friends and family.
