I'm an energetic person who values a healthy, active lifestyle. I have *** fitness classes for over 25 years and feel privileged that I can share this passion with others. Running makes me happy and I have participated in several road races over the last 10 years. It's safe to say that I am most comfortable in fitness apparel and running shoes. Family and friends are valued above all else (duh, that's a given). I have 2 great kids.
