First about myself: I am intelligent, kindhearted and spiritual yet not religious. I am a progressive liberal politically. I do a lot of reading and enjoy the company of a person who is well informed in a wide array of topics. My two eldest children are out on their own and in their 20s while my 18 year old daughter still lives with me full-time. She is a senior in high school and is my right hand gal with caring for the alpacas. There never seems to be enough time to visit all of the places around the state. Other things that interest me include the arts, observing people, animals, bird watching, many different genres of music, geography, music, and much more. Life is a learning process and with each person that we meet and spend time with, each party gains a wealth of dimension to ourselves.Now about you: You are intelligent, kind, enjoy spending time in a rural area, you may be a cowboy or a country-guy, and you are definitely a gentleman. You love animals, nature and have a strong respect for all life on our planet. You give affection freely and happily. You are tolerant of all diversity and life. I do not expect you to be a carbon copy of me, as that would make life rather boring if we all looked at life in exactly the same way. I however would love it if you are on the politically liberal side and spiritual in a non-religious kind of way.     I LOVE the beach and would live there if I could. It's a dream of mine to live near the beach someday. Ideally I would live somewhere where it's warm all year round. I have a pretty even-keel personality, although I can be sensitive and emotional at times. I'm a good cook, although I don't do it much anymore. I probably tend to be more of a homebody rather than out every night, but a balance of the two works best for me. I know lots of useless trivia! My taste in music is really diverse. I love everything from Gershwin to 60's & 70's oldies, to Maroon 5, to Micheal Buble'.If you are into hunting, camping, motorcycles, or NASCAR, we are probably not a good match. Prefer clean-shaven guys. I'm a big coffee lover, so maybe meeting at a coffee shop or bookstore, someplace casual, or maybe meeting for a glass of wine. I'm not much into the bar scene, & have no interest in going someplace where the music is blasting so loud that you can't carry on a conversation. I LOVE dining out, particularly seafood or Italian.
