I work out 3 times a week, and stay in shape. It would be nice if you worked out as well, not only to stay in shape, but its nice to work out w someone. (sometimes) I eat healthy and would like that in someone as well. Salads, fresh fish, pasta in the winter, and chicken. I tend to cheat a bit in the winter w the more heavier meals. (Italian, steak on the grill) I make a mean Manacotti!! I appreicate good wine in both new and old establishments. Please have your pics no older than 2 years. It appears, (at least I have found out...the hard way) that some men post very old pics. OR....they lie about their age. Dont you think we will find out? Lol. Country and Contemporary Christian music are my favorites, but I enjoy rock and other types of music as well. If you drink to excess or are a drug user, please pass me by. I enjoy Dancing nice walks with a good conversationalist. I like a good book trying new things almost anything that is enjoyable. There is no set goal the sky is the limit.
